TS-SH Issue
I have connected both my TS-SH controllers to each of their robots. When I try to actuate them, I get an error related to interlock not being turned on. How do I go about turning this on so I can move the robot. Thank you for your help!

Hey Zack,
Thanks for reaching out! There is a safety circuit that is integrated into the Ethernet IP card on the TS-SH controller so there are some dedicated bits that need satisfied. Bit 12 needs satisfied to give the controller the interlock signal.
I am going to guess you are using our AOI's, if you imported the tags from the AOI download on our website then you should have that bit label in the tags on your PLC. Make sure that is satisfied and see if that fixes your issue. I have included a screenshot of the dedicated bit mapping for the TS-SH below. Let us know if you need further help!

Presently i do not have the PLC plugged into the Controller. We are still waiting on this to be delivered.
Do you know of an interim program that would be able to update the signal?
Thank you,
Zack

In this case, you can change the controller run mode to bypass that signal being required. Just be careful as this will bypass the safety circuit to some extent.
If you right click on the controller in the controller tree along the left hand side of TS-Manager and select change run mode. From the drop down list select "Debug" mode. Select okay and it should no longer be looking for the interlock signal. Just be sure to change this back when you are ready to use the PLC as it will not follow commands from the PLC while in this mode.
